EIGHT KINRARA - House Rules & Regulations
The purpose of the House Rules & Regulations of 8 KINRARA Condominium, is to promote the harmonious occupancy of the condominium therein and to protect all residents from annoyance and nuisance caused by any improper use of the condo. It is also intended to preserve the reputation and prestige of the Building thereof, thereby providing maximum enjoyment of the premises and its facilities.
The House Rules & Regulations are formulated to serve as guidelines, which govern the occupation and usage of the Building and Common Property. All residents, be they owners or tenants and their invitees (contractors, maids, guests) in the Building should be bound by these rules. It is the Joint Management Body’s desire to create awareness among all residents that, to achieve the common goal of condo living, the cooperation of all residents in complying with all the rules regulations are required.
In order to preserve and promote the common ownership principle on which the Joint Management Body (JMB) has been founded, the Owner shall abide by the Building and Common Property Act (Act 663), House Rules & Regulations and amendments thereto and by his acts of co-operation with its other Owners, bring about for themselves and for the co-owners a high standard in home and community conditions.
These guidelines or rules shall be in force until the issuance of the Strata Titles under the Strata Titles Act 1985.
